After 24 Hours

Refunds requested after 24 hours are subject to our standard cancellation terms, which may vary depending on the type of tour, services booked, and third-party partner policies.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure (unless within the 24-hour window from booking)

• No-shows on the day of the tour

• Services already rendered

Processing Time
